Вообще-то это решение ГОГ было приостановить продажу игр на территории России и РБ всего скорей из-за проблем с получением оплаты, а не чей-то там поддержки.

Я о том, что находясь в России (про Беларусь утверждать не буду) можно официально купить игру с дополнениями сейчас, хотя вы утверждаете обратное. Пополнение кошелька Стима это отдельная тема, но такая возможность ещё существует.
