That's a bit of a dramatic description. Took me also some time to figure it out but I, by no means had to tear the game apart or look into files. That said, would be good to have a tutorial for this.

Make sure you are the one at the stick. If you have your pilot do the work for you, that perhaps could also be a reason for the missing trigger.

I have not come across this issue in my game starts yet. This is an unmodded game? How close do you get to the ship? The quest should update when you get close enough. Have you tried not using the frigate but rather your fighter when you approach the ship? The frigate is only a goodie there but not ...

Mine also vanished and seems to have been re-built in Hatikva III, The same happened to the Ministry Wharf in 18 Billion but that got re-built in the same sector, just on the other side of the sector.

The game definitely tells you to go back through the mission marker. I have thus not run too far off yet to see whether it would work regardless.

"F" is the default keybinding. The game itself tells you which key to press to accept the incoming call, right above the comm window when the call is incoming. This does, in fact, not work when outside the ship. If I remember correctly, pressing SPACE to unlock the mouse and then pressing F works. ...

you don't even have to do that. you start out that storyline at -21. that is enough that they'll murder any "combat" ship they see but will leave your freighters and miners alone. there's an s sized miner, i forget the name, that can mount a forward gun. put a pulse laser on it and you can happily ...

That I don't know for sure. I do know that they admit to having something when they don't have anything (while I am not in the same ship). thanks for the comment I checked im my messages and I never get any Rep+ when helping split or thanks other than for trading. the problem is compounded now because Zya ships keep attacking my ships and stations far and wide. even set to defend the odd ZYA ends up dead. Its a one way street with ZYA...

Sector traders will hunt for best profits, not necessarily supply your own station unless you only buy from your own ships and at max price. That, however, exposes you to your ships buying expensively at your competition.

Nah, the pilot sometimes admits to having contraband no matter whether they have any or not. But if they do have some in their inventory, you will lose it. They won't touch your own inventory if you are not the pilot or floating in space.

Actually, it is possible to increase your rep with them, it just take a long time until you get to numbers that don't make them want to shoot you in your bed. You will just have to shoot tons of Xenon around their stations.

Easier way to break shields on a destroyer from a M Ship. 1. Disarm ship so your M Ship has a 'safe' spot to sit in. 2. EVA out of your ship, drop 1 or 2 spacesuit bombs on each shield. 3. Fly away. 4. Boom. No more XL shield. Your welcome. Hah tried that last time with an I but I only had EMP bomb...

Thanks guys. Never really looked at the Sonra but seems like a good choice. 70 marines is a tough call against a builder, as they tend to have around 100 crew. So will have a look at the Sonra instead.
