How do i enable FPS counter

IIs there anway to enable fps counter ingame or do i need to use another programme if so what programme please :)

I use FRAPS. Not sure it is the best but it does th ejob for me i most games.

Fraps is as good as anything unless you want a detailed breakdown such as frame time and such.

RivaTuner is also a good fps viewer. Works with Nvidia and AMD
