[Request] Restore HQ and change the connection points

Please make a mission or research project to rebuild the HQ.
It's just jarring to have this broken frame labelled as "Headquarters", especially if the the actual complete model is already ingame!
If possible also change the position of the connection points, so it actually i symmetrical.
