[Request]Station editor setting to enable/disable build exclusion zones for docks & fabrication/maintenance bays

Once again have run into an issue with the exclusion zones that prevent building near docks & fabrication/maintenance bays. It's one of the most infuriating aspects of the game for me. Can spend hours designing a station only to find that the last module can't be placed because it's fractionally too close to a dock, or other module with this awful characteristic. More often than not it would make absolutely no difference whatsoever to the ability for ships to use that dock. Almost every station of any significant size that I build runs into this problem at some point. Have just spent several hours attempting to design a Boron shipyard. This is the latest iteration but the game doesn't like it, so no choice but to take it apart & start all over again... Please add an editor setting to turn off this terrible 'feature' when it becomes infuriatingly inconvenient.
