repair laser stopped working

I did a mission to reapers some leaks on a station, repaired one, and now the repair laser does not work any more.
I played around with it a bit. It seems if you click or 4 boxes of the weapons configuration it works.

It sounds like you've been changing your weapon group selection, and have simply chosen one that doesn't contain the repair laser. Review your weapon configuration and make sure that your repair laser is in your active weapon group,
