I have encountered this bug so many times that managed to get a handle how to reproduce half the time.
If we have a station under construction open the Plan, do a change, confirm close the UI screen by clicking X. Some times this works by just opening the logistics screen of a station do nothing and close.
Go back to your ship. Now open map again go to another station and either press Plan Build or Logistics.
Half the times the plan of the old station, will have overwritten the current selected station. The logistic screen will show in red the production line of the "old station" the Plan Build Screen will have all the modules of the current station ready to be removed and the previous station to be build instead. It only waits for confirmation to do so.
This bug never existed in game, is new one added with 6.0 as have build hundreds of stations over the past 4 years without this bug ever been observed.
Posted few days ago an Online Save. You can easily do some change in the factory at Rolk's Demise and go to the Superfluid Cooland factory in Great Reef and see it that happens.
