[#1867][6.20] Strangely low drone capacity on biggest Terran docks

Something I noticed just now looking at modules in the in-game encyclopedia:

-Terran 1 pier: 7 drones
-Terran 3 piers: 20 drones

These both seem to be in-line with Commonwealth ones.

-Terran 4 pier: 2 drones ???
-Terran 6 pier: 10 drones ???

Surely that can't be right, why would they be so low? That's not even 2 cargo drones per pier on the 6 dock, and the 4 feels like it's straight up missing a digit. By way of comparison, the Split 4 pier has 28 drones.

These do appear to reflect the real in-game values (at least for the hex dock, don't think I have built any 4 docks yet).
