I like the Getting Paid mod paired with the Wear and Tear mod in order to simulate the need to pay crew to prevent ship damage. But Stations do not have any maintenance costs. Is there any mod that requires payment for maintenance of stations over time? Not just food and medicine, but something that would apply even to stations lacking any sort of work force? I think it is kind of cheaty that powerful defense stations have no upkeep whatsoever. Ideally, the cost to upkeep a station would be proportional to the construction costs.

Not tested to see if it still works properly, but the old Landlord mod made modules cost different amount of upkeep costs. Someone on steam says it works okay still, I’ll give it a go later.
