Question - Xenon Presence in new Sectors

Greetings,

I am positively surprised about the fact that the game greets me with different menu backgrounds after upgrading to 6.0...

One was this unholy FPS killing Kha'ak infested System but instead of a pink, trianguar clump, there was an XEN I strolling around and a XEN P was having a blast, playing with the rocks... which leads me to the question:

How do I get some fun into there? Is there a hidden quest to activate the Xenon presence?
