Seta components

Could someone help me out here. Where do I find the 3 Seta components? One drops from Xenon and I got that one. Where do they usually drop or can be bought? Thanks!

I found nearly all of them in Matrix 451, at a Xenon Station without any real defences, but with these: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eW6jopqtHCs
But SETA is in terms of flying totally overrated in X4, its only a mode like Travel/scan/Longrange. And that means you cant activate SETA while Travel-Drive is on.
