Feedback 7.0 beta - Warnings from pilots not showing up consistently

The warnings I get from my pilots about them having been harassed by pirates are not always consistently presented. I have set them all to tell me when they are harassed, so whenever I hear someone (in 6.20) telling me so, I pause the game. If I'm not in map or some other screen, then I will be seeing their video feed on the bottom right and I can press F to let them know what to do. If I'm in another screen (map, station design, buying a ship, etc) then I exit that screen to go to the FPS mode where I see that video feed of them and I can press F to select what I want them to do.

In 7.00 beta 528865 that is not so. Many times, seemingly at random, the screen doesn't come up so there is no F to press and I cannot tell them what to do.
