regarding terraforming - Explained.

Added possibility to get NPCs from DLC races as reward for terraforming competition projects.

i am about to start terraforming a few planets,. what exactly should i be looking at? the patch note is vague, as i have no idea what terraforming i should be looking, ( i did all of them in a previous save)

Previously you would have gotten Pilots only from the base game factions, now you can also get pilots from races of any DLC you have active.

PS.: This is not related to any Planet, but to the Competition Projects you can unlock in most if not all TF Missions.
