[7.0 b3] Stuck in Coffin Ship for Split Mission

I am in the coffin ship that is supposed to dock at the Raptor. However, it flew to the Raptor in The Boneyard, is not docking and now I am stuck. Worse, I can't even teleport off or even enter my spacesuit or call any other ship to come rescue me. Here is the save where I am trapped. This is an unmodified game.

Jus an update, eventually after waiting several more minutes, the mission progressed, I am in the prison now. It felt like more than 5 minutes where it was not progressing.
