[Crash] Reproducible crash few after loading save

I experience constant crash few minutes after loading one of my saves.
It was game started in 7.00 beta 1.
No mods or anything like this.
It occurs right after building my first administrative module in Tharkas Cascade - not sure if it is related.

Ok, I posted this crash report a little bit too quickly.
I didn't add that this is happening in Beta 4 (7.00) on Steam build.

Funny thing - after restarting the PC crashes stopped occuring... :?
I will let you know if it happens again.
