[Crash] broken building screen and crash

Hello, first of all this is my first bug report, so sorry if do something wrong.

I was playing my main save and restarted playing it to try the 7.0 beta (no mods). The thing is i was going to build a defense plataform (split) on Hatikvah's Choice I but before it was builded i accidentally destroy it, so the plot becomes grey and had to wait to be cleared again to buy again the new plot in the same place, so i did it (picture 3) but when trying to build the new building the build screen become black (but the UI was still there) (picture 1) so i tryed to put the first module (picture 2) and the moment i click to put it, crashed. Then i reload the save, saved just before to buy for the second time the plot, try to build again and same bug and crash.

Still happend in Beta 5.
