Naval Dockyard w/MWR

A naval dockyard with repair facilities and MWR (Morale Welfare and Recreation) for your fleets to repair, rearm and relax.

There are less expensive equipment docks out there but all revenue generated in the casino's should cover the construction costs of the yards.
