Ok if the setup is present in the SE the script SHOULD be correctly installed and running.
There are 3 ways to launch the Script:
1) A Hotkey fount under Controls->Surface->the lowest block
2) A Station Command for player owned docks
3) An additional ship command (you know these 2 small slots used e.g. for the popular missile defence Mosquito)

I don't have much ideas left, did you install it manually or with a manager, because managers might cause issues, if they are badly written.

I think I got the same issue as amirite, the mod is installed, my game is **modified**, I can see new scripts in script console, yet I do not see new Hotkey in controls->interface to actually start using this script.
Running latest x-3 TC + X-tended, installed with X PlugIn Manager.
I have no idea.
