Hello.
I have finally finished the new update of the mod “More Rooms for Ships” by Derinzed (on Nexus) WWJD (by Steam).
Unfortunately, I don't have upload permission for Steam, so it may take a while before this new version is available there.

Here are the innovations:

This mod adds further lounges on stations and in XL, L and M ships.
These rooms are taken directly from the base game and are simply reused to create interiors to additional locations to give a better sense of scale to ships or stations. I also started to place the positions of the rooms on the actual windows of the ships in order to get a nicer gaming experience here too.

Alternative sub-version 3.7.4.p
  • This alternative version adds the brig to every player station.

    Note:
    The main version 3.7.4 must be installed.

    Installation instructions:
    Download the ZIP file
    Unzip the contents into the Steam game folder:
    "xxx:\Steam\steamapps\common\X4 Foundations\extensions
    This folder unzips the files "ext_02.cat" and "ext_02.dat" directly into the MoreRoomsForShips mod.

    To uninstall, just unzip these two files from the folder.

Update version 3.7.4
  • Update preparation for ship mod “Ship Variation Expansion (SVE)” Additional ship types for L and XL ships have been added:
    - L - Frigate
    - L - Corvette
    - L - Gunboat
    - L - Plunderer
    - XL – Plunderer

    Attention!!! This is not the update “MRFS for SVE” It is just the preparation so that everything works later.
  • “Generator room” has been renamed “Engine Room” to avoid possible problems with starting the game as a pirate. It has been reported that Axiom does not appear in the generator room, possibly due to this mod.. I hope it works now. (Thanks to Eldahmyr. I am very grateful for your feedback.)
  • The Brig is now only found on military ships of the L and XL class. Civilian ships such as transporters, freighters and miner ships no longer have a Brig.
Update version 3.7.3
  • Bug fix: When using the key combination “SHIFT+D” it sometimes happened that duplicate rooms were created in the transporter. This error should now be fixed.
Update version 3.7.2
  • For reasons of compatibility, the "personal office" on the ships has been renamed.
  • Personal Office => Ship Management
    On the headquarters, the "Office of the Faction Representative" room has been added.
  • The "intelligence office" is now located only on the headquarters.
  • All stations now have an office for the player:
    "Station Administration"
    This means that all personal belongings in each station can now be transferred to or from the personal depot.
  • The music from the original bar now also plays in the "lounge / bar"
  • The "Conference Room" and "Server Room" rooms are only displayed with a relationship status of 25 or more.
Update version 3.7.1
  • Bug fix: Under certain circumstances, duplicate rooms were displayed at stations when entering the transporter. This issue should now be resolved.
    (Thanks to User2046 on Nexus for the help.)
Update version 3.7.0
  • This version fixes many small errors that were written in the bug report when the game started. Thanks to “User2046” from nexusmod who
    brought this to my attention and was a great help in fixing the errors.
  • The "Private apartment" is now written everywhere in yellow
    (Yellow = no access for NPCs)
Danger:
Version 3.7.0 is not compatible with version 3.6.5 or older.

Installation instructions:
  • Removeold version from the game “extensions” folder.
  • Startand save your saved game without the mod.
  • Endgame.
  • Installversion 3.7.0 into the games folder as usual.
  • Startthe game and the new version will be added.
Note: If you don't do this, the bar and prison rooms willnot be displayed.

Update version 3.6.5
  • Bug fix: Rooms were no longer displayed whencompleting new M, L and XL ships, as well as during custom game starts.
    (Caused bug fix 3.6.4) I think the bug is now fixed.
Update version 3.6.4a
  • Bug Fix: The “Private Apartment” was not displayed “Green”. Fixed
  • The rooms “ Private Apartment, lounge / bar and operations center in the faction's stations now also have fixed corridors that are independent of the faction.
Update version 3.6.4
  • Bug fix: Rooms were displayed twice after teleporting from the cockpit to a station. (Thanks for the information from “stb.rweckener” from the Egosoft forum) this error has now been fixed.
  • The “ Private Apartment” on faction ships and stations is now displayed in green.
  • Some old space positions on Teladi, Paranid and Argon L ships would be temporarily removed until I assign new positions to these ships.
Update Version 3.6.3
  • The bar has been renamed “Lounge / Bar” to avoid the name “Bar” being displayed twice on stations when the Black Market is activated.
Update Version 3.6.2
  • The luxury yacht “Astrid” now also has a room for the crew members (crew quarters)
  • I changed the corridor for the M ships (transporters) because of the yacht “Astrid”.
Update version 3.6.1
  • Fix: Due to an error in the dat file, version 3.6 could not be loaded. This error is now fixed.
Update version 3.6
  • The crew quarters and brig now also have fixed corridors and no longer use the ship faction corridors.
  • The L ships Barbarossa (Vigor Syndicate) and Teuta (Riptide Rakers) now also have all L class rooms.
    Barbarossa = destroyer
    Teuta = freighter
  • All construction ships now have more room positions.
  • XL and L ships from Split, Terran, Vigor Syndicate and Riptide Rakers have new room positions. These have been moved to positions of windows inside the ships to give a better feeling of traveling along.
Update version 3.5
  • New rooms added or changed.
  • A new bar has been integrated.
  • M ships now have one room (crew quarters)
  • The corridors on player ships and stations now refer to a specific room and no longer change.
  • All XL, L and M ships included in the base game + DLCs now have space positions
  • All room names are from the Egosoft database and are therefore available in all languages.
  • Rooms on player ships and stations that only the player can enter have yellow writing.

Awesome job. When finally I am ready to take the next plunge into X4, this will be on my must-have list for sure.

With the new version 3.7.1, all duplicate rooms should now be a thing of the past.

Any Plans to bring your new Nexus Version to Steam?

Wunderbare Mod.
Planst du deine Nexus Version auch auf Steam zu veröffentlichen?
Spiele leider auf GFN und entsprechend schwer ist es mit Mods. :D
