i have many problems with de 2.60, i have dowloaded it and late to play the game during feew minuts y close it and later tried to run it but it doesn´t work, i tried to do all de steam solutions but i haven´t got lucky and my game still not run

I am currently unable to run the game. I have not installed any beta branches. Steam will just sit there saying launching X4: Foundations but never does. I go to launch it from the .exe file and am given an error of VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game a couple of times now.
