Encyclopedia description

As a compound manufacturing various high-tech components, mostly for use in military applications, the Techno-Complex relies heavily on AGI (artificial general intelligence). However, due to its critical nature in warhead production, it is ultimately supervised by humans or aliens. All AGIs are sandboxed and in-turn supervised by hard-wired AI. Also all biological life-forms are subjected to daily psychological examinations.
