Introduction
In v4 a mission (X-perimental) appears when you enter Omicron Lyrae. If you are already in OL upon updating to 4.00, or choose a OL-based game start, the mission won't initiate until you exit and return to OL. This mission's reward (the Jump Drive) will greatly enhance your current travelling limitations.. but it does have its cost! The Jumpdrive take 16 seconds to charge before jump and 10 minutes cooldown between jumps. Cooldown can be reduced with Jump Coolant.

In order to craft the new Jump Drive you will need to obtain Xenon Components, 10x complete the following 3 mission stages:

Jump Drive Coolant tips
If lucky, Coolant can be obtained from containers and enemy fighters. They have a higher chance of dropping from Khaak (purple, triangular ) ships.
Jump Drive Components (Rare) can be obtained most often by defeating capital ships and looting their containers.
