Comment: Worth a note that "raw materials" are not in such negative amounts because the statistics ignore NPC miners.

...

This opens niches for player to fill in with own station. For example: In all systems fusion reactors and reinforced metal plating consumption outpaces production. If the player were to set up a Ship Tech Fab for fusion reactors or Construction Shop for reinforced metal plating he could easily make profit from it.

In attached Excel Spreadsheet each cluster production and consumption are presented.

It is worth noting that the spreadsheet does not factor in NPC mining ships. Despite it appearing mineable resources have huge deficits they are kept reasonably well stocked by numerous NPC mining ships. This means that there is little profit to be made from selling mineable materials as the sale prices will generally be kept quite low.

Due to deficiencies in some sectors while excess in others of some products there is profit to be made through cross system trading. This profit is less than one might think though due to the presence of NPC universal traders which will take advantage of some such deals. For example DeVries shipyards, a system which lacks practically any note-worth economy, are often serviced by JSS XL transports carrying ship building components from OL so they are still kept stocked.
