Warehouse ownership is only available from the Home of Light DLC. They are unique in that instead of possessing production lines, they can be set up to buy or sell any ware. In this respect, they are similar to some NPC stations.
Bugs and things to be aware of:
1. Managers don't utilize Universal Cargo ships for their universal Cargo properly in Trading. They make great Miners though!
