Egosoft Community Account

To use any of the games online features, like the bonus paintmod that any customer gets for free for just registering their game and the Venture Feature released as beta in v1.50, you need to set up an account on www.egosoft.com for the online community (same as your forum account!).

How To Register

• Start the game
• Open the Online Features menu:

• Log in with your Egosoft Forum's account name and password
  
  • It is necessary agree to Egosoft's Privacy Policy
  • You can ask the menu to remember you for convenience
• Click on the Register button, which opens your Egosoft Forum User Control Panel
  • Steam:
    • On the Egosoft Forum User Control Panel
    • Click on "Update Via Steam"
    • Close and restart the game
  • Non-Steam:
    • On the Egosoft Forum User Control Panel
    • Enter your GOG serial key
    • You can find the GOG serial key from GOG Account -> Library -> X4 -> More -> Serial keys

Once you are logged in and registered, the Online Features menu should look like this:

The additional options at the bottom of the Online Features Menu (not visible in the above images) relate to the Online Ventures Feature. Those additonal options are explained on the Venture Feature page.

Paint Mods

Paint mods available in every restarted game:

• 50 Foundation X (bonus from registering as above)
• 10 Obsidian X (part of the Collectors Edition when it was pre-ordered)

How To Apply A Paint Mod

Right click on any of the ships you want to apply the paint mod to and select "REDESIGN" from the list of actions (or select the "REDESIGN" option at the computer panel in front of docked ships). There will be three tabs with the rarity categories of mods. The Foundation X paint mod is in the ENHANCED tab, and the rarer Obsidian X paint mod is in the EXCEPTIONAL tab.

Can Not Find Paint Mods In-Game?

If you do not see your mods listed in game in the REDESIGN action of one of your ships, after activating the game in the online community, try logging off and on again (or just restart the game, same effect).

If you have purchased the "Foundations Collector's Edition Content" upgrade, it will need to install before the Obsidian X paint mod appears in-game.

Wie man sich registriert

• Das Spiel starten

• Öffnen Sie das Menü Online Features:

• Melden Sie sich mit dem Kontonamen und dem Passwort aus dem Egosoft Forum an.
  

  • Es ist notwendig, der Egosoft's Privacy Policy zuzustimmen.

  • Sie können das Menü so einstellen, dass es sich an Sie erinnert.
•  Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Registrieren, die Ihr Egosoft Forum User Control Panel öffnet.
  
  • Steam:
    • Im Egosoft Forum User Control Panel
    • Klicken Sie auf "Update via Steam".
    • Schließen und neu starten des Spiels
  • Nicht-Steam::
    • Im Egosoft Forum User Control Panel
    • Geben Sie Ihren GOG-Serienschlüssel ein
    • Sie finden den GOG-Serienschlüssel unter GOG Account -> Library -> X4 -> More -> Serial keys.

Die zusätzlichen Optionen am unteren Rand des Menüs Online-Funktionen (in den obigen Bildern nicht sichtbar) beziehen sich auf die Funktion Online-Ventures. Diese zusätzlichen Optionen werden auf der Seite Venture Feature erläutert.

Paint Mods sind in jedem neu gestarteten Spiel verfügbar:

Wie man einen Paint Mod anwendet

Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf eines der Schiffe, auf das Sie den Paint Mod anwenden möchten, und wählen Sie "REDESIGN" aus der Liste der Aktionen (oder wählen Sie die Option "REDESIGN" im Computerfenster vor angedockten Schiffen). Es wird drei Registerkarten mit den seltenen Kategorien von Mods geben. Der Foundation X Malmodus befindet sich auf der Registerkarte VERBESSERT, und der seltenere Obsidian X Paint Mod auf der Registerkarte AUSSERGEWÖHNLICH.

Kannst du keine Paint Mods im Spiel finden?

Wenn du deine Mods in der REDESIGN-Aktion eines deiner Schiffe nicht im Spiel siehst, versuche dich nach der Aktivierung des Spiels in der Online-Community erneut aus- und anzumelden (oder einfach das Spiel neu zu starten, gleicher Effekt).

Wenn Sie das Upgrade "Foundations Collector's Edition Content" erworben haben, muss es installiert werden, bevor der Obsidian X Paint Mod im Spiel erscheint.

Per usare le funzionalità online dei giochi, come le Avventure rilasciate in beta con l'aggiornamento v1.50 o la nuova livrea bonus che ogni utente riceve gratuitamente per aver registrato la copia del gioco, occorre creare un account su www.egosoft.com per accedere alla community online (lo stesso account del forum!).

Come registrarsi

• Avvia il gioco
• Apri il menu delle Funzionalità Online
• Un link ti porterà alle Policy sulla Privacy di Egosoft
• All'interno del Menu, esegui il login con il nome utente e la password del tuo account del Forum Egosoft
• Cliccate sul pulsante "Registrati", il quale aprirà il tuo Pannello di Controllo Utente del Forum Egosoft
• Steam:
  • Una volta nel Pannello di Controllo Utente del Forum Egosoft
  • Clicca su "Update Via Steam"
  • Chiudi e riapri il gioco
• Non-Steam:
  • Una volta nel Pannello di Controllo Utente del Forum Egosoft
  • Inserisci la tua serial key GOG
  • Puoi trovare il serial key di GOG dal tuo Account GOG -> Library -> X4 -> More -> Serial keys

Le livree disponibili in ogni nuova partita sono:

Come applicare le livree

Una volta nel gioco, clicca con il pulsante destro sulla nave a cui vuoi applicare la livrea e seleziona "RIPROGETTA" dalla lista delle azioni, oppure seleziona l'opzione "RIPROGETTA" dal pannello davanti alla nave una volta che questa è attraccata. Qui vedrai tre schede con indicato il livello di rarità delle varie categorie. La livrea Fondazione X si trova nella scheda QUALITÀ MIGLIORE, mentre la più rara Ossidiana X si troverà nella scheda QUALITÀ ECCEZIONALE.

Non riesci a trovare le livree nel gioco?

Se nel gioco non vedi le livree nella loro scheda dopo aver scelto l'azione RIPROGETTA su una delle tue navi, e dopo aver attivato con successo il gioco tramite le funzionalità online, prova a effettuare il log out e di nuovo il login (oppure riavvia il gioco).

Se hai acquistato l'aggiornamento X4: Foundations Collector's Edition Content, dovrai installarlo prima che la livrea Ossidiana X appaia nel gioco.
