- (BUGFIX) Fixed multiple UI issues (incl. the most noticeable effect of the missing 1st-person crosshair) in cases where a direct transition from external view mode to 1st-person mode was done. One way to trigger this issue is to go to external view (F2) while sitting inside a cockpit and press CTRL+D to stand up.

- (BUGFIX) In 1st-person, text (associated to an interactive event displayed on the target monitor) could remain on screen after the interactive event disappeared. This has now been resolved and the text will no longer remain on screen.
