Comment: Addition of PHQ vulnerability

Description Summary

This installation serves multiple purposes, the foremost . Foremost among these is to serve as the operational centre of operations for established entrepreneurs that may want who wish to be less dependant on other standard ship and station procurement options. The Spacelab Headquarters has large exceptional storage capabilities capacity, allowing for large scale Production Lines for station, ship and wares manufacturing. Also available are the repair bay and possibly more important, the Reverse Engineering module, that do what their respective names suggest. Another ability that may be of good use is the Ship Upgrade function, allowing to change ship load-outs -scale production of stations, ships and wares, and essential facilities such as a repair bay and a reverse engineering module. A ship upgrade function allows ship loadouts to be modified in-house, avoiding long lines to waits at third-party wharf wharfs or equipment dockdocks.

This station also servers serves as the a staging grounds ground for Agents, once hired. From here, from here they will travel to their tasked assigned destination, and they will return here once the they have completed their task completes.
