Commentary
A beam laser intended to be the Terran equivalent to the Plasma Beam Cannon used for Orbital Lasers and Terran capital ships however it is not used in vanilla X3: AP. The high damage, range and accuracy makes this laser lethal to anything smaller than a capital ship.
