Introduction
Various lockboxes are scattered around the galaxy. Some may be found randomly through exploration.
To open a lockbox, carefully shoot its lock(s) until its contents are ejected into space where they can be retrieved.

There are 2 lockboxes embedded in the Kha'ak station: 1 contains a lot of missiles; the other contains ingredients for 5 Kyon Torpedoes
There is at least 1 lockbox embedded in the DV|GT|DHA shipyard, containing 1 of each training seminars (ie 7 seminars total)
Embedded lockboxes don't respawn (needs absolute confirmation, but seems reasonable as a game mechanic)
