As a compound manufacturing various high-tech components, mostly for use in military applications, the Technology Megacomplex relies heavily on AGI . Due to its critical nature in warhead production, however, it is ultimately supervised by humans or aliens. All AGIs are sandboxed and closely managed by hard-wired AI; all biological life-forms involved are subjected to daily psychological examinations.
